Jayda Pierce

Executive Assistant

Jayda Pierce is the Executive Assistant of Women of Victory Ministries. She is a 2025 graduate of Virginia State University and served as WOV VSU president. Under her leadership, WOV VSU earned organization of the year, out of 200 organizations. With a strong background in faith-based nonprofit work, social work, mentorship, and leadership. She uses her gifts to inspire and empower others through faith-driven service, community engagement, and mentorship. Jayda walks alongside the ministry as a spiritual tool to help guide and uplift others on their personal and spiritual journeys.
