Who Can Serve
We welcome alumni, professionals, ministry leaders, educators, business owners, creatives, and anyone who has a heart to serve college women attending Historically Black College Universities (HBCUs). Whether you have years of experience or simply a willingness to serve, there is a place for you at Women of Victory Ministries.
Estimated Commitment
Committee members typically serve 2–5 hours per month through meetings, planning, and assigned projects. Some committees may require additional time during major events or campaigns.
Committee Overviews:
Campus Affairs: This committee walks alongside our campus leaders and college women by nurturing their spiritual growth, supporting their personal, academic, and professional development, and equipping student leaders to serve and lead under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Community Engagement: This committee is crucial to the functioning of the ministry by helping to ensure we have the partnerships, funding, volunteers, and community relationships necessary to reach more HBCU women with the Gospel.
Marketing & Communications: This committee exists to communicate the vision and mission of our ministry. Through digital media, storytelling, branding, and outreach, this committee shares the work God is doing through our campus chapters and ministry while encouraging greater engagement, support, and participation in the organization.
