Jneva Norfleet
Founder and Senior Leader
Jneva Norfleet, also known as Jneva Rae, launched Women of Victory in 2018 during her sophomore year at Virginia State University. She graduated as the 2020 Valedictorian and is currently pursuing her PhD in Higher Education at George Mason University. Jneva loves Jesus wholeheartedly and is devoted to helping young women grow in their faith, identity, and purpose.
