Jneva Norfleet

Jneva Norfleet, also known as Jneva Rae, launched Women of Victory in 2018 during her sophomore year at Virginia State University. She graduated as the 2020 Valedictorian and is currently pursuing her PhD in Higher Education at George Mason University. In 2025, she established Women of Victory Ministries as a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization. She passitonately loves God's daughters, and desires to see each one walk in the fullness of their God-given identity. She is also the founder of No Limits To Your Voice; a public speaking and communication business founded to encourage, equip, and empower individuals with the tools to speak with confidence, present boldly, and transform lives and communities through the power of their voice.

 

Jneva loves Jesus wholeheartedly and is devoted to helping young women grow in their faith, identity, and purpose.
